Installation Policy

Alexa Lighting Solutions provides professional installation services for lighting systems and fixtures.

Site Readiness

Customers must ensure that the installation site is safe, accessible, and ready before the scheduled installation date.
Delays caused by incomplete civil work, electrical work, or site restrictions may result in rescheduling.

Scope of Work

Installation services shall be limited to the scope agreed upon in the quotation, proposal, or contract.
Additional work requested during installation may incur extra charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers shall:

• Provide safe access to the installation area.
• Ensure adequate electrical infrastructure.
• Obtain any required permissions or approvals.

Installation Timeline

Installation timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Site conditions
• Project size
• Product availability
• Weather conditions
• Customer-requested modifications
• Post-Installation

Upon completion, customers are encouraged to inspect the installation and report any concerns within 7 days.
Routine maintenance and cleaning shall remain the responsibility of the customer unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement.

Liability

Alexa Lighting Solutions shall not be responsible for damages resulting from:

• Existing site defects
• Unauthorized modifications after installation
• Electrical faults unrelated to our work
• Misuse of installed products
