Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before production, dispatch, or procurement begins.
• Customized, made-to-order, project-based, or specially manufactured lighting products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
• The Company reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the project stage and associated costs.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Payment received for products that cannot be supplied.
• Duplicate payments made by the customer.
• Approved order cancellations before production or dispatch.
• Services that cannot be provided due to reasons solely attributable to the Company.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made lighting fixtures.
• Installed products.
• Completed installation services.
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
• Special order or imported products.

Refund Process
